As Chief Human Resources Officer at New Balance, I’m fortunate to lead global HR strategy and operations for more than 14,000 Associates across 55 offices, 5 manufacturing facilities, and 580 stores worldwide. Over the past two decades, I’ve grown alongside the company, helping to shape a culture that puts people first and supports our evolution into a globally recognized footwear and apparel brand. We focus on strengthening our OneNB culture, building leadership capability, enhancing organizational effectiveness, and supporting Associate well-being. I believe HR plays a critical role in helping businesses thrive, and I’m proud to work with teams across New Balance to ensure our people feel valued, supported, and empowered to grow. Outside of work, I’m passionate about wellness in all its forms - from movement and mindfulness to creating space for recovery and connection. I believe well-being is essential to how we show up as leaders, colleagues, and community members.
