As CEO of Tapestry – a global house of brands that unites the magic of Coach and Kate Spade – I lead a team of 18,000+ innovators on a mission to build iconic brands and stretch what’s possible in luxury fashion. Since stepping into this role, Tapestry has surpassed $7 billion in annual revenue and welcomed millions of new customers around the world to our brands. In the fall of 2025, we began our next chapter of bold growth under our AMPLIFY strategy, centered on emotional brand storytelling, fashion innovation, immersive experiences, and empowering our global teams. Over the course of my 40-year career in retail, I’ve championed a consumer-obsessed mindset, balanced by operational rigor, and sought to lead with purpose.
