Executive Overview

Inspirational leader with expertise in setting strategic direction and managing execution of global transformative technology initiatives. Collaborative business partner focused on alignment of technology solutions with strategic business goals, able to communicate technical concepts to clients, stakeholders and business partners. Widely recognized as a highly successful, adaptable, authentic leader with a style centered on trust and creating a clear mission where respect, accountability and communication are paramount in delivering results. Was the recipient of the highest and most prestigious award at Wyndham Worldwide, the Chairman’s Count on Me! Award presented by Chairman and CEO Steve Holmes. My versatile skillset includes an ability to set a clear mission, motivate teams to build alignment, and deliver the expected results for customers and stakeholders. Specific areas of focus have included Enterprise wide application upgrades, M&A, implementations to cloud technology and production support. At times, leading a 250-person geographically diverse matrixed team. My strong technical and business acumen perfectly complements my energy and dedication that I believe is necessary in building relationships. I have a passion to mentor and inspire others. For the last three years, I have served on the Board for the Girl Scouts of Northern New Jersey. GSNNJ connects over 26,000 girl members with 14,000 adult members to provide the premier leadership development program to help girls nurture, inspire, and empower themselves. In my time at Wyndham Worldwide, I led the Women in Technology mentor circle. I was also a member of the Women On Their Way Affinity Business Group, an internal resource group focused on women’s business and community advancement in which I was chairperson of the Business Initiatives Committee. In my spare time, I enjoy the performing arts and found a unique way to share this talent with others. Each Halloween, I formed a committee to help transform the workplace into a scene from a favorite Disney movie with the help of a 75-person IT cast singing and dancing in front of 400+ associates and their families. By taking the show on the road, I was also able to bring joy to residents at various nursing and rehabilitation centers.
