I enjoy what I do. I love to solve problems and I love people. I’m an energetic,inclusive IT leader who supports STEM and closing gender gap in IT jobs. Throughout my career I have supported Manufacturing plants IT Infrastructure, Network, Communications as well as Managed Application Implementations such as Siebel, Oracle, SAP, Intercompany Settlement systems, Billing and other Finance applications. Deep knowledge on SDLC process, Use Cases, PMO, Training technology and Intercompany Finance applications, Agile methodology, Devops structure, SOX compliance, Operational processes, Customer support, Standard process and operation definition. Have experience with BI, Tableau, Power BI, Smartsheet, Alteryx, AWS cloud implementations, Office Apps, Azure DevOps, Atlassian, Monday, Bilingual (Spanish/English) As a Chief of Staff, I have been able to drive operational effectiveness, reorganizations, focus on the important things, process implementation as well as improving communication across teams. Understanding risks in the process and managing issues and client impact. I enjoy working on a global matrix organization and love to be able to work in a diverse environment that fosters open communication and new ideas.
