Katy Brown

The common thread of my career has been competing to win. I love to win for my customers, my team, and my community. But winning isn't everything. In my time at Microsoft, I've been passionately motivated to ignite the best in others and really listen to my customers. Today, I am excited to lead the West Region as the "One Team, One Dream" region, to help our customers meet their needs in their digital transformation journey. I also serve as the Vice Chairman for the Board of the Professional Business Women of California and sit on the board of the San Francisco Chamber of Commerce. I get to stay active in my community--a community that I've always been lucky enough to call home. My family is an integral part of who I am as a leader at home and at Microsoft. I have three amazing daughters, who share my passion for community and personal growth. Along with my VERY supportive husband.  I feel blessed, empowered, and capable of approaching any challenge with an open mind and optimism.
