Kristyn Cook

As Executive Vice President and Chief Agency, Sales & Marketing Officer at State Farm®, I lead the company’s brand and marketing efforts, connecting the power of Like a Good Neighbor, State Farm is There® to consumers and communities across America. My role includes leadership responsibility for more than 19,000 State Farm independent contractor agencies who bring to life our mission to help. I am also responsible for expanding State Farm's digital business – developing strategies that align with customer expectations, competitive positioning, and market changes, all aimed at enhancing customer connections to the brand and its offerings. In addition, I oversee the Life & Annuity, Health, and Investment Planning Services lines of business for State Farm, which helps customers Protect, then invest® for their future. During my 25-year career with State Farm, I have held a variety of positions across marketing, financial services, and agency. Outside of work, I spend time giving back to the community through various education initiatives to foster the Good Neighbor spirit. I’m a proud alum of the Syracuse Women’s Basketball team, a graduate of the General Management Program at the Harvard University School of Business, a champion of emerging leaders from diverse backgrounds, and a lifelong learner.
