At State Farm, the organizational structure is led by Jon Farney, who serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. Under Mr. Farney's leadership, the company is organized into several key job functions, each with dedicated executives and sub-functions. Within the Information Technology function, Joe Park holds the role of Executive Vice President, Chief Digital and Information Officer. The Sales function is overseen by Kristyn Cook, who serves as Chief Sales and Marketing Officer. Kristyn Cook also leads the Marketing function in the same capacity. Under the Marketing function, a sub-function of Public Relations (PR) is headed by Michelle Russo, who holds the title of Chief Communications Officer. The Operations function is led by Chris Schell, who serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. The Risk Management function is headed by Andrea Doss, who holds the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Risk Officer. Additionally, the organization includes Mark Schwamberger in a Leadership role and Steven Williams as a Member of the Board of Directors, both reporting directly to the CEO.
