As Managing Director of Vanguard’s Workplace Solutions, I am grateful to lead and work with a team dedicated to helping millions of employees retire and achieve their financial goals. Our efforts are focused on providing leading solutions, services, and experiences that drive the long-term success of employers and the financial wellbeing of their employees. As a member of Vanguard’s executive team, I partner with our CEO and Senior Staff on enterprise leadership, strategy, talent development, and capital allocation. Prior to this role, I served as Vanguard’s Chief Human Resources Officer, leading the attraction, retention, development, and engagement of our 19,000+ crew around the world. Before becoming CHRO, I held several roles across the organization in Vanguard’s Information Technology, Personal Investor, and Institutional divisions. I earned a B.S. in Decision and System Sciences from Saint Joseph’s University and an M.B.A. from Villanova University.
