Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director at Woodside Energy, a leading global energy company headquartered in Western Australia, overseeing the strategic direction of the company across a diverse portfolio. Since joining Woodside in June 2023, I have progressed through senior leadership roles including Executive Vice President Australian Operations and Executive Vice President & Chief Operating Officer Australia, leading high performing teams to deliver complex projects and optimise operational performance across our Australia business. Previously, I served as Chief Operating Officer at EnergyAustralia, with broad accountability across sustainability, HSSE, procurement and the operations of EnergyAustralia’s generation portfolio. Earlier, I built a 25 year career at ExxonMobil with international assignments in Australia, the United Kingdom and Italy, including a 2013 secondment as Managing Director of Adriatic LNG. My roles spanned strategic planning, operations, project management, safety, and technical and commercial disciplines. I’m a passionate advocate for women and girls in STEM and a proud RAP champion, committed to inclusion, reconciliation and building relationships with community.
