I build, scale and lead profitable credit businesses.Over the last 25+ years, I’ve worked across wholesale banking, private credit, structured finance and enterprise‑wide risk—leading multi‑product P&Ls, shaping credit and investment philosophy, and guiding organisations through growth cycles, volatility and change.My experience spans corporate and structured finance, SME and mid‑market lending, asset‑backed finance, real estate, LAS, SCF and stressed assets. I’ve built new verticals from the ground up, turned around underperforming ones, and led platforms with consistent ROA delivery. I’ve also played governance roles on Executive/Credit Committees and served as nominee director, partnering closely with boards, investors and rating agencies.A significant part of my leadership involves credit risk stewardship—underwriting, portfolio design, early warning, and enterprise risk governance. I’ve held senior credit approval authorities at global institutions and led large multi‑location credit teams. Earlier in my career, I gained frontline relationship experience, which continues to shape my commercial approach.I thrive in roles where business building, risk judgement, capital discipline and people leadership intersect—whether that’s scaling a private credit platform, leading a P&L, strengthening enterprise risk, or steering a financial services business as CEO.Beyond work, I enjoy investing across listed, unlisted and start‑up opportunities, reading non‑fiction, exploring new places, and spending time with my pet.
