My career has included progressive advancement into senior leadership roles for Fortune 100 companies (Delta, AIG, Bank of America, GE) in North America, Asia, and Europe. In each of these roles, I have built and led global teams across diverse functions, geographies, and cultures while also operating at the cusp of multiple disciplines – technology, operations, strategy, transformation, risk management, and partner management. I now serve as Vice President at Delta Airlines where I report to the CIO and lead strategy, transformation, global operations, and international technology helping Delta reinvent itself as a technology-driven consumer brand. I have set up, scaled out and now lead the Delta Technology Hub, a wholly owned technology and business services subsidiary in India. I oversee technology teams responsible for supporting our joint venture airline partnerships and our Skyteam alliance. Outside of my work with Delta, I also serve on the Board of Directors of SITA, a leading provider of technology and digital services to the airline industry. I serve on the Audit and Risk Management Committee, the Cyber and Privacy Committee and the Nominations Committee providing oversight and advice to the management team. I keenly follow start up ecosystems across markets and advise and occasionally invest with young and growing companies in and around technology. All opinions are personal!
