Mark has been CEO of Equifax since April 2018 and is leading the transformation of the global $5B leading data, analytics, and technology company. Mark is also a member of Equifax’s and NCR Atleos Boards. Prior to Equifax, Mark spent two years at Warburg Pincus as a Managing Director and Operating Partner. In this new role, he worked with Warburg's 120 portfolio companies to accelerate growth and operating improvements. Mark was also on the Board of FICO from 2016 to 2018 and NCR from 2020-2024. Mark is a 35-year veteran of GE with extensive global experience across industrial, financial services, media, and consumer industries in both CEO and CFO leadership roles, including Investor Relations. Known for taking on the toughest, turnaround growth roles at GE and driving operating results. Skilled at building and leading teams to deliver operation improvements, strategic clarity, portfolio M+A, and organizational depth. Known for attracting and motivating top talent. Mark’s last role was leading GE's $8B electrical equipment business - GE Energy Management - with 27,000 global employees reporting to GE CEO, Jeff Immelt. Prior to that, Mark spent 14 years in a variety of financial services roles in GE Capital including leading Retail Finance (Synchrony) for eight years, GE Restructuring (12 "red" businesses in turnaround ranging from sea container leasing to UK consumer mortgage in turnaround and exit mode), and Commercial Real Estate. Extensive acquisition and disposition experience including leading 28 acquisitions totaling $42B and 74 dispositions totaling $78B.
