Executive Overview
A deep HR and change leader with more than 25 years experience primarily in financial services including retail banking, wealth management, insurance and capital markets. I have had the opportunity to lead large teams in Canada and around the globe - all of which has been fantastic experience. I joined TD Bank in 2011 as a Vice President, Human Resources and progressed to the role of Senior Vice President in 2012. From that time forward, I supported the Canadian Personal Banking, Business Banking, Wealth Management and Insurance businesses. I recently moved into the exciting role of head of Talent Management where I lead the Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development, Leadership Development and Organizational Effectiveness teams. We have been through significant change in our organization and HR has been at the forefront advising the business every step of the way.
