I’m the Executive Vice President and Chief Technology +AI Officer at NIKE, Inc., where I lead a global team of engineers, AI researchers, data scientists, and product innovators to shape the future of sport and commerce. I oversee the end-to-end technology powering Nike’s digital ecosystem (Nike app, web) — from personalized consumer experiences and GenAI-driven discovery to supply chain and delivery optimization, product creation platforms such as line plans and PLM systems, and enterprise systems that operate at global scale. I spearhead Nike’s global AI strategy—driving transformative initiatives that fuel revenue growth, expand market share, and elevate the customer experience. With more than 20 years of experience across technology, retail, and logistics, I’m known for leading transformation at iconic consumer brands. Before joining Nike, I spent over 15 years at Amazon, where I held eight senior leadership roles across apparel & footwear, beauty, baby, last-mile delivery, and logistics technology. As President of Amazon Fashion, I led a global business, launched AI-powered product discovery, and helped Amazon become the #1 apparel retailer in the U.S. I also helped build Amazon’s same-day delivery network and served as technical advisor to the CEO of Amazon’s North America Consumer business. I’m passionate about the convergence of brand, technology, and consumer expectation, and I thrive in environments that demand speed, imagination, and scale. Across every chapter of my career, I’ve built high-performing, inclusive teams and delivered innovation that unlocks value and strengthens customer connection. I hold a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University, where I specialized in planning and scheduling optimization.
