My leadership spans diverse roles, from contractor and project management consultant to design consultant and client representative. Currently, as the Executive Director GRE, India Head Design & Construction at JPMorgan Chase, I manage the real estate portfolio of the largest bank in the US, driving construction innovations such as lean construction, BIM, sustainability, and accessibility. My recent academic journey culminated in the development of the 'Lean Integrated Delivery Model (LIDM),' a framework to enhance productivity, eliminate waste, and improve working conditions in the construction industry. With this model, I aim to contribute to the industry's transformation through technology adoption and process optimization.
