At Claro, I led a digital revolution that reshaped service channels and optimized costs: I implemented WhatsApp, mobile apps, cognitive IVR, and RCS, scaling digital service to over 80% of the customer base and saving more than R$1 billion annually. The app reached 4.6 stars, the highest rating in the telecom market. My leadership is pragmatic, results-driven, and rooted in long-term vision. I launched 3 mobile operations from scratch, led cross-functional squads, created digital governance frameworks, and oversaw large-scale platform integration (BSS, OSS, CRM, VAS, Billing, and SelfCare).
