Navjot Singh

I am a McKinsey Senior Partner Emeritus. I retired a few months ago, and I am on the process of building 2123iX LLC. Over time, I have held several leadership roles at McKinsey including Managing Partner of Boston Office, leading Technology on our Social, Public and Healthcare Practice, Leader of our Innovation Practice, Leader of our State and Local Practice in addition to several Personnel Committee Roles. I have also served on McKinsey's Knowledge and Technology Councils. I worked with clients across the Innovation ecosystem including top teams in pharmaceutcials, biotech, life sciences tools, private equity, software, payors, semi-conductor, venture capital, contract research organizations, healthcare providers, regulators, and state and city governments. With almost 23 years of experience at McKinsey, I have deep expertise in strategy, operations, technology and business development. I’m passionate about the possibilities for the future of science, engineering and medicine and I host leaders from a range of sectors to discuss these topics at the gatherings of Chief Cool Officers through our ‘Imagine Get-Togethers’. Before I joined McKinsey, I was an R&D leader at General Electric. I’m a co-author of numerous articles, an expert in the use of Six Sigma for product development and process design and a co-inventor of more than 20 patents. I’m the Chair Emeritus of Greater Boston Chamber of Commerce, former Chair of the Advisory Board of Chemical Engineering and Materials Science Department at University of Minnesota, Chair of the Nominating and Governance Committee for the Board of Trustees of the Museum of Science, Board and Executive Committee Member of the Mass High Tech Council, and member of Board of Trustees of Woercester Polytechnic Institute (WPI).
