Board Chair at GXO, Diebold Nixdorf, Verra Mobility, and Stronvar Aerospace. CEO of multiple businesses over last couple of decades. The last five years before retirement in 2024, I have been with GE during its transformation and creation of three leading public companies: GE HealthCare, GE Aerospace, and GE Vernova. In the role of SVP for operational transformation, I focused on SQDC - safety, quality, delivery and cost. CEO for both GE Digital and GE Onshore wind as well as leading the GE Corporate offices for Lean and Safety transformation. Before that, I was President and CEO of multiple businesses at Fortive, Danaher, Intermec, and Agilent Technologies. Former board member at Micron and Flow International. Most recently at GE, I worked with the senior management teams at GE HealthCare and GE Aerospace on operational improvements as they prepared for and launched as an independent company. In addition, I focused on leadership development as senior executive develop as lean practitioners.
