Across my career as a compliance leader for companies like Pfizer, Hess Corporation, Alexion Pharmaceuticals, AstraZeneca Rare Disease, and now Alnylam Pharmaceuticals, I have had the opportunity to partner with senior leaders to help expand into new markets, establish new business units, and elevate compliance and risk infrastructures to protect the enterprise on a global scale. This work spans all facets of compliance program leadership, including design and development, rollout and implementation, training and delivery, communication, and continuous improvement. Examples of my career highlights include: • Leading a global compliance transformation to help successfully resolve an FCPA case for Alexion. • Implementing compliance governance and sustaining a culture of compliance by creating an end-to-end global compliance structure and framework. • Building and leading award-winning, high-performing Global Compliance teams. • Establishing a compliance framework for Pfizer’s Emerging Markets Business Unit across 100 countries spanning 5 regions. In addition to my hands-on work, I earned my law degree from Fordham University School of Law after completing my bachelor’s degree with honors from Brown University.
