I lead the Technology Office for LTM's Europe region, a USD 1Bn business unit, where I solution the region's largest wins by re-imagining them as AI-native engagements built on agentic workflows rather than conventional services propositions.Twenty-eight years in, my work sits where architecture decisions become commercial outcomes. I have filed patents in predictive security incident management using AI, built small language model and agentic architectures now going to market across Europe, and published white papers on applied enterprise AI. Earlier I carried a USD 450Mn portfolio, led 800+ engineers across five delivery centers, and turned a struggling F&A BPO proposal into a turn-key platform program rolled out across 150 countries at USD 300Mn+ TCV.What I bring that is harder to find: I have operated both ends of a modernization. I architected on CORBA, Tuxedo, WebLogic, J2EE and SIP, migrated those same estates to open source and cloud, and now design the AI-native target state. Most modernization programs fail on the source state rather than the target — estimates built from documentation instead of code, integration paths that surface late. Having built on the systems enterprises are trying to leave, I can read an incumbent estate directly and size the work honestly.I design the organizations that carry the work.
