With over two and half decades of experience, I have been instrumental in building and supporting profitable businesses across the energy, transport & urban infrastructure, and real estate sectors. My expertise lies in identifying and capitalizing on opportunities within regulated industries, including conventional and renewable energy, BOT assets, airports, urban transport, manufacturing, logistics, and real estate. I have held senior roles in finance, treasury, debt & equity capital, M&A, investor relations, reporting & compliance, AOP/planning & budgeting, capital structure, and risk management. Throughout my career, I have worked with leading organizations such as GMR Group, Reliance, Adani Group, and Lodha Group (Macrotech Developers Limited), where I collaborated closely with promoters, boards, and senior leadership teams. I have consistently delivered business growth and enhanced organizational credibility by fostering sustainable relationships with key stakeholders. Currently I am associated with Acme Solar group as Group CFO, partnering with promoter in delivering business value through attention to Project Development, financing, operation, IT and compliances .
