At Nykaa, I lead a 600-person org across engineering, product, design, analytics, ML/data science, and Information Security — powering five verticals in Beauty, Fashion, Man, Nysaa (GCC) and Super Store (eB2B). The work: digital and AI-native transformation, platform reliability at scale, ML systems that move commercial outcomes, and new AdTech and MarTech revenue streams. At Intuit India, I led 380 engineers delivering TurboTax and Mint to 70M consumers. Before that — two decades at Amazon, from SDE-1 to Director. As CTO of Junglee.IN and Director of Engineering for Amazon.IN built multiple India first innovaitons that went global.
