Well-rounded 30+ years of experience in Business Controlling, Management of Growth, Acquisition Integration and Management, Internal Audit/Internal Control, Business partnerships and Stakeholder management. Core strength is in using Finance as a lever to enhance Business performance. Starting in ABB Vadodara, grew through the ranks over the years with highly result-oriented performances. Participation in Country level Senior Management Groups allowed to learn and experience valuable Management lessons at an early stage. Leveraged the power of Finance to improve process efficiency in Operations. This is one of my core strengths. Planned and managed multi-fold volume, profit and cash growth. Bucked a 4-year negative trend to improve working capital only through the use of analytical AI. Strength in Finance-Operations interface and people skills provided a strong lever to handle critical roles at crucial times with flying colors (like Post-Acquisition Integration in Canada, Head of Internal Audit in India). I like designing artefacts like lamps, best-from-waste ideas, photography, writing and handyman jobs. I hold a design patent for one of my lamp designs and few others are in the "filing" stage.
