Over two decades of experience in senior leadership roles across leading ITES and Life Insurance organisations, with a strong track record of building high-performance teams, scaling distribution, and transforming businesses in complex, regulated environments. I currently serve in a CXO role at Axis Max Life Insurance, where I am involved in building a world-class distribution engine and contributing to the long-term growth and governance aspirations of one of India’s most admired life insurance companies. My leadership journey has been shaped by close engagement with boards, regulators, institutional stakeholders and senior leadership teams, particularly during periods of scale, change and heightened accountability.
