As the Chief Commercial Officer at Sandoz, the global leader in generic and biosimilar medicines. I oversee global commercial strategy and operations. That includes our integrated strategies for biosimilars, generics and anti-infectives; pipeline strategy and value oversight, licensing, divestments and integrations; high-value launches, global marketing, medical affairs, data analytics and portfolio operations as well as our Business-to-Business unit. In other words, I join the dots to make access happen With over 15 years of experience at Sandoz and over 25 years of international experience in the pharmaceutical and healthcare industry, I fully stand behind the Sandoz Purpose of pioneering access for patients. Our Vision is to be the world’s leading and most valued biosimilars and generics company. Generic and biosimilar medicines are critical to closing the access gap while contributing to the sustainability of healthcare. With our balanced global presence, clear strategic focus, and rapidly growing pipeline, Sandoz is bringing this Vision to reality. Outside of Sandoz, I serve as the Vice President of Medicines for Europe (MfE) and am a member of the board of directors of BKW AG in Switzerland. I am passionate about contributing to discussions and initiatives in supply chain resilience as well as regulatory and economic policy. I have long been inspired by the intersection of healthcare, science and teamwork. It began at an early age when I worked at my uncle's pharmacy during school holidays and has persisted throughout my training as a pharmacist and professional career. I believe in fostering a culture where we can embrace opportunities to learn together, stay authentic to ourselves and always remain passionate about what we do and the impact it has on patients worldwide.
