Samik Roy is the Chief Operating Officer at RS Software, where he leads the development and execution of strategies to expand the company’s global footprint, forge high-value partnerships, and strengthen its long-term leadership in secure, intelligent digital payment infrastructure. He is responsible for driving revenue growth, product innovation, marketing, channel expansion, project delivery, and global business scaling. Samik is a transformative and visionary global organization leader, with a track record of driving organizational Growth, pioneering Innovation, expanding overseas horizons and increasing market share. With 30 years of experience — nearly a decade of which has been overseas — he has led Billion-dollar businesses, shaped high-impact strategies, led product innovation, expanded partner eco system and built resilient, high-performance teams. Having held leadership roles at Microsoft, Oracle and Indian organizations, Samik brings a unique organization-wide vision with a blend of Product, Segment, Industry, Functional, Global markets and P&L experience. Early in his career, Samik successfully established and scaled the South Asia operations of a boutique Indian CRM firm in Singapore. This experience refined his entrepreneurial acumen, enabling him to build organizations, navigate challenges, and achieve success in new and competitive markets.
