Since 2021, I am the Chief Executive Officer of BNP Paribas Asset Management. Following the merger with AXA Investment Managers and BNPP REIM as of 31 December 2025, the combination of AXA IM, BNPP AM and BNPP REIM forms an unmatched global platform for savings and investments. I am proud and honoured to have been entrusted with the responsibility to lead this powerful investment platform. I am passionate about the disruption and change the asset management industry is facing. This drives my priorities as well as our priorities as a firm to embrace sustainability and tech and to design the savings and retirement solutions relevant for the demographic evolution ahead of us. I am also convinced of the deep transformation that needs to happen in our industry to face the challenges of this new paradigm. I have more than 30 years’ experience of asset management and asset gathering, beginning my career as an equity analyst/portfolio manager before assuming my first executive management role in 1997, in which my focus was on distribution. Over the past two decades I have worked for three leading firms: ING, Pioneer Investments and now BNP Paribas Asset Management. I spent more than 10 years at Pioneer, where I held multiple senior leadership roles within distribution prior to my appointment as Global CEO. I am also a father of 2, a husband and enjoy tennis, football and reading.
