Sanjay Srivastava

I work at the intersection of frontier AI and how large enterprises actually adopt it, seen from three vantage points: the boardroom, a peer network of enterprise technology leaders, and the venture frontier. I sit on public and private company boards, serve on technology advisory boards at global enterprises, and advise chief executives on technology strategy. I founded and chair an independent think tank of more than 250 Fortune 1000 CIOs, Chief AI Officers, CTOs, and CDOs, where I see in real time how the world's leading enterprises are approaching AI architecture, talent, and risk. As a managing partner in venture capital, I back founders building in enterprise AI, agentic AI, data, and knowledge graphs, which gives me early sight of what is coming before it reaches enterprise boardrooms. The thread running through all of it is the real work of making AI land inside large organizations. As chief digital officer at a large process outsourcer, I built and deployed AI, data, and technology solutions at enterprise scale across industries, and led multiple acquisitions. Before that, as a serial Silicon Valley entrepreneur, I built and exited four venture-backed companies in edge networking, data center automation, predictive algorithmic software, and enterprise SaaS. I started my career in hardware, and brought to market some of the industry's first compute servers. I hold degrees from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and the University of Minnesota.
