Genpact's executive leadership team is led by Balkrishan "BK" Kalra, who serves as President and CEO of Genpact. Reporting directly to the CEO are several key executives who oversee the company's primary functions. The Operations function is led by a team of Chief Operating Officers. Vipin Gairola serves as Global Chief Operating Officer. Within specific industries, Anirban (Ani) Roy is Chief Operating Officer (Life Sciences), Debashis Ghosh is Chief Operating Officer, Retail, Davinder Singh is SVP and Chief Operating Officer - Global Insurance, and Rohit Dhameja is Senior Vice President & COO. The Human Resources function is headed by Piyush Mehta, who holds the dual title of Chief Human Resources Officer and Country Manager, India. The Marketing function is led by Chief Marketing Officer Caitlin Blewett. The Finance function is overseen by Michael Weiner , CFA, who serves as Chief Financial Officer.
