Eaton, a global intelligent power management company, is led by Chief Executive Officer Paulo Ruiz Sternadt, who became CEO on June 1, 2025. Reporting to the CEO, the organizational leadership includes several key executives and functions. Bob Pragada serves as Director, Board of Directors, while Harold V. Jones holds the role of Chief Sustainability Officer and Executive Vice President, Eaton Business System; Kaled Awada is Executive Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer. Under the Finance function, David Foster serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, with Frank Dobash as Group Chief Financial Officer. The Operations function includes Peter Denk, President and Chief Operating Officer, Industrial Sector, and Heath Monesmith, President and Chief Operating Officer. Katrina Redmond serves as Executive Vice President and Chief Information Officer, leading the Information Technology function. Within Information Technology, the Information Security sub-function is led by Ruben D.
