Experienced professional & celebrated people leader with 22+ years of diverse, multi-functional and multi-sector experience in roles of increasing responsibility across – GCC / GBS / SSC Service Delivery, Global Strategy and Mergers & Acquisitions, Platform Testing & Capabilities, MIS & Analytics, Business Transformation & Process Excellence, Talent Management, Culture and DEI. Currently as the Chief of Strategy and M&A | Global EBO (GCC / GBS / SSC) Head for #TechMBPS, he is responsible for the Global Strategy for all Group businesses in becoming the most loved BPO organization in the world! This includes driving exponential growth in the GCC / GBS / EBO space with superior customer-centric service delivery & execution, driven by cross-sector M&A deals, ongoing assessment of the Competitive Landscape and driving E2E engagements for F&A, SCM, Payroll, HRSS, Real Estate and Sales & Marketing Insights. Previously, he was the Global COO of Enterprise Operations (12,000+ Associates across ~300 Customer Accounts spanning multiple industry verticals in 12 cities) involving Onboarding, Training, Mentoring & Perf Management catering to a multi-$MM P&L Annually.
