I'm honored to lead Genpact through our strategic pivot toward Agentic and Advanced Technology Solutions. We are building a new Genpact, elevating our Core Business Services with the full force of data and AI, digital technologies, and advisory. To win, businesses must successfully blend human insight with artificial intelligence at the last mile, where it truly matters. The last mile is where advanced technology meets reality - where algorithms become actions, data become decisions, and technology creates tangible business impact. As a founding team member since our spin-out from GE, I've helped shape Genpact's growth across multiple verticals and global teams. We partner with Fortune 500 leaders and NextGen clients — the next generation of market disruptors — to deliver measurable impact across our chosen industries. While we transform our technology and capabilities, our cultural anchors remain deeply rooted and actively lived. These foundational values guide how we innovate, serve clients, and grow together. This journey has deepened my commitment to inclusive leadership. I serve on the Board of Catalyst, a global nonprofit focused on accelerating organizational performance and women's progress that fuel organizations to help make inclusion a business practice at scale. Their mission resonates with me as a father of two daughters. Outside of work, I'm a marathon runner, an average golfer, and an aspiring mountain climber.
