I'm honored to lead Genpact, the Agentic Operations company, where applied AI meets context-rich process intelligence. We run and transform mission-critical operations for the world's leading enterprises.Genpact's Agentic Operations are grounded in decades of operating core business processes at scale across finance, supply chain, banking, insurance, and more. Our flywheel of advanced technology, trusted data foundations, and deep ecosystem partnerships moves enterprises rapidly from experimentation to scale. AI agents bring speed and precision, human experts bring judgment, and together they deliver outcomes clients can measure. We stand accountable for delivering them.I am a proud founding member of Genpact's spin-out from GE and, together with teams across multiple verticals and geographies, have helped shape the business into the Agentic Operations company we are today. While we continue to transform at speed and at scale, our cultural anchors, including client-centricity, remain deeply rooted and actively lived.This journey has deepened my commitment to inclusive leadership. I serve on the Board of Catalyst, a global nonprofit focused on accelerating organizational performance and women's progress through workplace inclusion. Their mission resonates with me as a father of two daughters. I am also a member of the Wall Street Journal CEO Council, Fast Company Impact Council, and the NASSCOM CEO Forum. Outside of work, I'm a marathon runner, average golfer, and aspiring mountain climber.
