View LinkedIn ProfileExecutive Overview
I turn fragmented systems, processes, and teams into scalable operating models that accelerate revenue, simplify execution, and make enterprise transformation stick. My work sits at the intersection of business strategy, technology, product, and change leadership.Throughout my career, I have led complex global transformations across AI services, SaaS, financial technology, sales operations, and enterprise platforms. I am at my best when the challenge is large, the environment is resistant, and leaders need a clear path from strategy to measurable results.✅ At The Juliver, I helped double revenue from $7M to $14M and net income from $1M to $2M by introducing stronger proposal discipline, realistic ROI modeling, productized delivery frameworks, and trust based executive engagement. ✅ Earlier, at VMware, I helped modernize quote to cash and subscription operations, cutting product creation from 8 weeks to 5 days and quote creation from 6 weeks to under 1 hour.✅ At Fiserv, I led enterprise programs across 52 business units and 5,600 sales professionals, rationalizing thousands of systems, standardizing processes, and advancing SAP, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Workday, CPQ, and CLM platforms. I know how to build executive alignment, establish governance, and translate transformation into adoption, savings, and growth. What matters most to me is leaving an organization stronger than I found it. I lead with candor, curiosity, and accountability, and I enjoy partnering with boards, founders, executives, and delivery teams to solve difficult problems, earn trust, and build systems that scale.
