Executive Overview
Sarah Travis is Executive Vice President and Chief Digital and Revenue Officer for Target and a member of the company’s leadership team. She oversees Target’s digital business including site merchandising, digital operations and Target Plus, the retailer’s curated third-party marketplace. Sarah also leads the company’s social commerce efforts that inspire consumers to discover and shop Target on new platforms, and its in-house retail media company Roundel that is one of Target’s fastest growing businesses. Sarah joined Target in 2021 and has held several leadership roles including senior vice president of Roundel and social commerce. Prior to joining Target, she spent thirteen years at Google. Most recently, she served as Google’s Managing Director of Retail and also led the Americas Sales Associate Program, Google’s leadership rotation program for new talent in sales. Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at University of California, Berkeley. She currently serves on the boards of the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB) and Shipt.
