I believe in responsible and sustainable business. I'm a people-person, a technology enthusiast, and I love all things business. I feel privileged to bring all these aspects of myself to my professional role. Since starting my career as a young engineer in the 90s, I've seen the business landscape evolve dramatically. Watching these changes has fueled my passion for IoT, AI, robotics, and the endless possibilities they bring. Technology fascinates me with its power to transform industries, streamline processes, and enhance human potential. I've been lucky to work with some incredible teams at Honeywell and Coca-Cola, and for the past several years, at Godfrey Phillips India Ltd (GPI). During my tenure at GPI, I’ve led initiatives that resulted in a significant increase in company valuation and market share. I feel so proud to see GPI’s expansion into new markets and launch of multiple innovative products. These achievements have not only contributed to our growth but have also set new standards in the industry. Each experience has reinforced my belief that people are at the heart of every successful organization. I'm passionate about mentoring and empowering my team, fostering a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous learning. I encourage people to push their limits, break conventions, and achieve their true potential. Beyond my passion for people, I firmly believe that businesses should be conscious of the environment and society at large. All my ventures focus on technology and sustainability. I believe in lifelong learning and sharing knowledge. As a member of the PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry’s Environment Committee, the FICCI Executive Committee, the FICCI FMCG CEOs Committee, and as Chairman of the Tobacco Institute of India and former president of the Ghaziabad Management Association, I've learned from my peers and had the privilege to influence them as well. When I’m not working, you can find me exploring new technologies, advocating for sustainability, or simply enjoying a good conversation over coffee. For me, work isn’t just about achieving goals—it's about making a meaningful impact and finding joy in every step of the journey.
