Other responsibilities at Abbott included president of Abbott Point of Care and divisional vice president of Global Operations for Abbott Diagnostics, where she was responsible for all laboratory reagent and instrument manufacturing across the entire portfolio. Sharon has also held senior posts within Johnson & Johnson, Ortho, L’Oreal, and Ingersoll-Rand driving operational excellence in manufacturing and supply chain. Over her career, Sharon has earned a strong reputation for driving strategic transformations, operational excellence, and accelerating growth by cultivating high-performing leadership teams that deliver against solid business strategies. Sharon earned her bachelor’s in Engineering from Stevens Institute of Technology and her MBA from Duke University: The Fuqua School of Business. Sharon has a passion for mentoring students and business leaders, as well as working with military veteran organizations.
