Currently EVP Strategy, Sustainability and Growth, I head Corporate Strategy, Shared Value and Sustainability, Digital health, Global Corporate and Business Development, Center of Open Innovation and competences, Competitive Intelligence and Scientific Knowledge and analysis insights functions at Chiesi, I am also a member of the Global Executive Leadership Team since Feb 2024. I have over 20 years’ experience focusing on pharmaceutical industry in France and the USA. My specialties include corporate strategy, business development, transformation, P&L management, and marketing & sales. I am also board member at Ascendis Pharma (Palo Alto) and Laprophan (Casablanca) On a personal note, born in Morocco, having lived and studied in both France and in the US, I’m very attached to my Moroccan heritage, and committed to promotion of diversity & inclusion in all its dimension as a lever of performance and innovation.
