I am a digital enthusiast, with 26+ years of global Insurance experience in P&C, Life and Health, across large system integrators, consulting, Insurance carriers, and PE funded / M&A model based startups. Worked extensively in the United States, India, and Southeast Asia geographies. I am driven by a simple goal - 'solve real-world business problems at scale, leveraging the power of technology'. What excites me isn’t just business or tech strategy, architecture, or code — it’s the quest of identifying the real problem, finding or identifying (one which is there , but not recognized) an elegant solution, implementing it, and finally experiencing and/or learning from the impact it creates. I find real joy in seeing the smile on an end user's face when something I have built adds value and makes their job/role or livelihood simpler and more meaningful. During this exciting and fulfilling journey, I take immense pride in building high impact teams and nurturing top talent.
