I began my career as a quantum chemist, studying molecular systems through high-performance computing during my PhD at Iowa State University and later at Argonne National Laboratory. Seeing how thoughtfully applied technology and well-designed support teams can accelerate science at scale sparked a lasting interest in connecting science, technology, and people. My work at Northeastern University and Worcester Polytechnic Institute shaped my belief that real progress depends on clear purpose, collaboration, and trust. As Chief Information Officer at Harvard Medical School, I lead teams that strengthen the infrastructure and services supporting research and education while advancing digital transformation and improving efficiency across administrative areas. I focus on aligning technology with institutional mission - building resilient systems, trusted partnerships, and cultures where people and ideas can thrive.
