• Rebooted the Quad-wide customer satisfaction survey to create a more consistent and actionable feedback loop that strengthens engagement with faculty, researchers, and administrative partners.
• Launched Canvas Catalog to streamline access to faculty development and training resources for teaching faculty across HMS’s affiliate hospitals.
