Suhrid Brahma

Suhrid is a senior technology and transformation leader with deep expertise in large, complex enterprise systems implementation, platform-led enterprise transformation and managed services. As Chief Technology Officer at WNS Global Services (part of Capgemini), he leads Enterprise Applications, Technology Services and Hyperautomation Business Units, working closely with CXOs and senior business leaders to deliver AI-first digital transformation. Suhrid has extensive experience in advising enterprises on digital enterprise journeys, AI-enabled CX strategy and large-scale platform integration. These include designing (a) end-to-end solutions that embed GenAI, Agentic AI, and Intelligent Automation solutions, (b) core enterprise platforms and digital engagement layers, and (c) managed services. His client-facing engagements focus on measurable business outcomes such as improved customer satisfaction, revenue uplift, and reduced cost-to-serve. He has led the conception and scaling of AI-powered solutions as part of the WNS TRAC™ suite, including use cases such as AI-driven CX, intelligent case management, and AI-led process orchestration. These solutions integrate seamlessly with CRM, ERP, data platforms, and digital channels to create unified, insight-driven enterprise processes, customer journeys and business outcomes delivered on managed services model. Suhrid played a pivotal role in establishing WNS Hyperautomation Services following the acquisition of Vuram, with a strong emphasis on AI-led platform transformation. and intelligent customer operations. Prior to WNS, Suhrid held senior leadership roles at PwC, GE / Genpact, Deloitte, and Wipro, where he led (a) Enterprise-wide platform implementation / integration across CRM, ERP, BPM, data, and AI layers, (b) Intelligent automation and AI-driven modernization of customer operations, and (c) Global IT and Business Process managed services for large, multinational corporations. He has worked extensively with clients across North America, the UK/Europe, and India, managing complex, multi-stakeholder, multi-geography transformation initiatives. Suhrid has been a speaker at industry events including Gartner BPM Summit, SAP SAPPHIRE, NASSCOM forums, and at partner, analyst, and advisor events. He has also served as a Guest Faculty at leading business schools, contributing to programs on AI-driven Digital Transformation and Enterprise Platforms.
