Recruited Operations team, developed supply chain strategy and coordinated start-up and commissioning of new plant operations. Obtained regulatory clearances & site approvals for OEM customers. Enabled QS 16949 and ISO 14001 certification. Set up Cellular Manufacturing structure to inculcate Employee Engagement.
