Turned around the IT organization from a Cost-Centre to a Self-Sustenance entity & thereafter, into a Revenue-Centre. Attained an external revenue of Rs 240 L from external customers without any manpower / resource augmentation in FY 2017-18 & created the strategy blueprint to take Atul Infotech to the next level as a full-fledged IT company. Have registered Three IPR copyrights for Apps developed based on Open-source under Atul Infotech.
