Executive Overview

I bring more than two decades of corporate executive experience spanning strategic communications, brand marketing, philanthropy, social impact, employee engagement, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. Currently, I serve as Vice President and Chief Diversity and Social Impact Officer at The Clorox Company, reporting directly to the CEO and sitting on the company’s Executive Committee. In this role, I lead Clorox’s inclusion, diversity, equity, and allyship (IDEA) efforts, as well as our global social impact strategy—overseeing The Clorox Company Foundation and our employee community engagement programs. Guided by our purpose to champion people to be well and thrive, I believe that our ability to drive long-term value is rooted in how we engage our people, support our communities, and embed purpose into the heart of our business. I lead with grit, grace, and gratitude—my personal mantra and the foundation of how I show up as an enterprise business leader, colleague, and change agent. My approach integrates IDEA into the core of the enterprise, activating it as a lever for innovation, cultural transformation, and sustainable growth. Prior to Clorox, I held senior leadership roles at United Talent Agency, BuzzFeed, Anheuser-Busch InBev, NBCUniversal, and General Electric. Across these companies, I’ve built and scaled new functions, shaped brand and employee narratives, and partnered closely with executive leadership to align culture, strategy, and impact—ultimately driving stronger business outcomes and more engaged teams. Outside of work, I founded Girlfriends Retreat, a lifestyle brand and community that celebrates the transformative power of friendship. That same spirit of connection and purpose also informs my service as a member of the Executive Leadership Council (ELC) and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. A dedicated patron of the arts, I serve as an ambassador for LA Opera and a member of the Director’s Circle at the Los Angeles County Museum of Art (LACMA), where I advocate for greater access and cultural inclusion. I hold a master’s degree in strategic communications from Columbia University and a bachelor’s degree in public relations from the S.I. Newhouse School at Syracuse University, where I’ve also served as an adjunct professor. Most importantly, I’m a proud mom to Sydney and Maximus and do life alongside my better whole, Roy—anchored in the belief that things aren’t happening to us, but for us.
