A seasoned IT leader with a proven track record of deep technical knowledge, great business understanding, insight into emerging and rapidly changing technology land space including Cloud, AI/ML, and product development. I bring more than 25 years of experience with capabilities in aligning business strategies and IT by building cross-functional teams, architecting innovative solutions. I offer strong technical and communication skills to build consensus among stakeholders in support of major initiatives, and critical issue resolution. My deep background in software development and technologies helps develop products from IT using the cloud, AI/ML, etc. I lead a 275-person global IT team and manage the IT budget. I am responsible for all areas of enterprise IT including enterprise applications, global infrastructure, private and cloud data centers, network, compute, and storage, field operations comprised of 55 global locations, workforce collaboration, IT ServiceDesk and Cadence’s Cloud services – both internal and external/commercial cloud. Cadence's Cloud solutions (SaaS offerings), CloudBurst & Cadence Hosted Design Services (C-HDS) are developed and managed by my team as well. Successfully implemented many large scale application projects using technologies like Salesforce Community, SAP Finance, Workday to name a few. Built best in class Customer support Portal, eDAonTap, only eCommerce app in the EDA industry, led the effort of complete implementation of SFDC Sales and Service Cloud in Cadence. My team implemented a multi-year application consolidation program through which we consolidated 155 applications to 95. This provided better uptime, reduced operating cost. We also implemented the cloud-first strategy and moved the majority of enterprise applications to the cloud (e.g., Salesforce.com Workday, Globoforce, etc.) I led the effort of building the CloudBurst, a SaaS offering from Cadence. It provides our customers with an end2end full-flow design environment installed with required EDA tools with unlimited compute and storage in the public cloud in a matter of days. The CloudBurst software is commercially available as a part of the cloud portfolio of Cadence. I am very familiar with budget management (Capital and Operating expenses) and work with the corporate finance team.
