Taylor J. Harris

With over 15 years of experience in the IT and security fields, I am a cybersecurity leader and expert who is passionate about ensuring the operational integrity and security of valuable business assets. I have a Green Belt Lean Six Sigma certification and a proven track record of applying continuous process improvement principles to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of security programs and systems. As the Director of Cybersecurity Engineering at SS&C Technologies, I direct three teams in managing network security engineering, threat and vulnerability operations, and security site reliability engineering. I deliver strategic leadership and direction in driving all technologies within the Global Security Operations department, as well as all automation and remediation capabilities for the Security Operation Center and the Vulnerability Management program. I also liaise between operations and software engineering teams to enable them to rapidly build, deploy, and operate various systems and infrastructure components. I enjoy working with diverse and talented teams to tackle complex and challenging projects and to achieve our shared goals. I am always eager to learn new skills and to explore new opportunities to grow and contribute to the cybersecurity field.
