I spent 13 years of my corporate executive career as the CEO of Genpact (NYSE:G). During this time I led and built a large organization that delivers strong financial and operational results. The team helps Boards and C suites of Global 1000 companies understand transformation journeys including AI and Digital led Transformations, and then executes them to deliver superior outcomes. I have a clear point of view on leveraging AI and ML and similar digital technologies to dramatically reimagine business models ! I deeply understand the inner workings of consumer and commercial lending, insurance, CPG and Retail industries , industrial manufacturing companies, and technology and software companies to name a few. I have deep strength in operations and risk management in financial services, go to market and sales across industries, leveraging AI to transform businesses, scaling and running large scale operations using the latest technolgies. I have very deep capabilities in Lean and six sigma.Finally my passion outside of business is understanding the evolution of the universe, cosmology, astrophysics, evolution of life on earth, human evolution, genetics and finally human history going back as far back as possible.
