Tony Malloy

I am proud to serve as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer of New York Life Insurance Company, and as Chief Executive Officer of NYL Investors, LLC, the firm's insurance asset management subsidiary. I am also honored to be a member of New York Life's Executive Management Committee, which advises the Chair and CEO on the company's strategy and policy, and a board member of Seguros Monterrey New York Life, our Mexican insurance division. As the nation's largest mutual life insurer with more than $770 billion in assets under management, New York Life has helped people secure their financial futures and protect the ones they love for nearly 180 years. As CIO, it's my job to manage our company's assets and ensure they support the long-term promises and guarantees we make to our policy owners and clients. Since joining New York Life in 1999, I have led the transformation of our investment portfolio into alternative strategies such as private equity, venture capital, private credit, and private real estate equity to enhance our returns and support our value proposition. I have the privilege of serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Good Shepherd Services, which helps over 30,000 youth and family members in struggling neighborhoods throughout New York City realize their fullest potential. I am especially grateful for our amazing leadership team and staff for all that they do in the service of the organization’s participants.
