Lead geographically diverse and international teams of 4000+ members, from startup to Fortune 50 companies, managing budgets of up to $1.5bn. Currently serving as the SVP, Chief Digital & Technology Officer – CVS Health Retail/Pharmacy and Consumer Wellness. Previously, served as the Chief Digital and Information Officer for Baptist Health South Florida, responsible for all Technology and Digital consumer, patient, provider and operations digital, data and cloud transformation. Prior, served as the Senior Vice President of Engineering Excellence for Walt Disney Parks, Experiences and Products Technologies and Digital, responsible for Digital/Core Development, Solution Engineering, Applications and Infrastructure Reference Architectures and Engineering, Commercial systems, Systems Security, Infrastructure Management and DevOps, quality engineering, Information Management and Business Analytics/Big Data. Previously, served as the Vice-President of Digital Platform, Architecture and Engineering for Enterprise Digital Technologies at American Express (AXP). Prior roles in AXP include Director of Application Architecture, Development, Engineering and Performance and Director of Distributed and SOA Centers of Excellence. Prior, served as Director of IT/Budgeting with an European conglomerate. Started career as co-founder of a software development start up, building special-purpose small-business applications. Education: Dual MBA and MS in Information Management from the W.P. Carey School of Business at ASU and an MSEE from the Bucharest Polytechnic University.
