Upinder is the MD & CEO of Infinite Computer Solutions, Ltd. & a member of the Company’s Board of Directors. Upinder has nurtured the growth & defined the strategic direction of Infinite with a revenue of US$ 321 Million in FY 2016 & over 5000+ employees worldwide. He has been instrumental in setting the vision for Infinite as a Global Service Provider by focusing on differentiated services & product based offerings in non-conventional business models. Under Upinder’s leadership, Infinite has grown to be recognized in NASSCOM Top 20 IT providers in India list, Top 5 employers in India by Dataquest – IDC, Forbes Asia 200 Best Under a Billion Company in 2012; Gold & Silver in the Annual 2016 One Planet Business & Professional Excellence Awards, Gold at 9th Annual 2017 Golden Bridge Awards Information Technology & Security Innovations, Stevie Awards® in 2017 International Business Awards(SM) Including Company of the Year & Executive of the Year. He spearheaded the IPO of Infinite, one of the most successful IPOs in 2010, with a historic opening where it was over-subscribed manifold in a stock market where many were experiencing a global economic-crisis. Upinder won CEO of The Year at the 4th Annual India Leadership Conclave & Indian Affairs Business Leadership Awards 2013 & won Gold at the Annual 2017 CEO World Awards®. Upinder has over 28 years of experience in establishing startups & building an efficient management team under his guidance. In his formative years, he worked extensively in US, Europe, Middle East, & India with reputed companies holding key leadership positions. A greater part of his career included building early stage companies & developing them into growth organizations. Upinder is a global citizen who has lived & worked in six countries. He holds an Engineering degree from BITS, Pilani & is a passionate Golfer who believes the game gives you an insight into human nature, yours as well as your opponent’s.
